Leadership Excellence & Awareness Program (LEAP) for Transitioning Leaders has been designed to take leaders through a process of self-exploration and insight culminating in the acquisition of contemporary leadership approaches and coaching tools. Underpinned by widely used leadership models and useful techniques including coaching skills, models & practice; self-awareness, change management, cultural alignment, social intelligence, neuro-leadership, mastering tough conversations & feedback, and conversational methodology & impact, the participants of this program will find themselves better equipped to coach, engage, influence and develop their people.
